Bratt pans as boiling pans and with kitchen ranges are the fundamental equipment in every professional kitchen.
LOZAMET has been producing the large set of electric and gas bratt pans from the smallest 0,12m2 surface of heating plate (belonging to 650 line of uniform kitchen block) to the largest ones 0,4 m2 surface of heating plate (from line 900 of uniform kitchen block).
Our bratt pans are entirely made of acid resistant stainless-steel and their heating surfaces are specially prepared for the processes of frying meats and other meat products,also fried in deep fat.
