The line for thermal treatment of food with a depth of 650 mm is designed for small and medium-sized food serving establishments and facilities of limited kitchen space.

   The devices are constructed as upper modules for mounting on cabinets and bases. When assembled, the height to the top plate of the module is 850 mm. Depending on the needs, the line can be additionally equipped with combi steamers made by our company.

   The devices are made entirely of acid resistant steel and stainless steel. Thanks to this, they meet all sanitary requirements. Thanks to the use of modern heating and control components the line devices are energy-saving and functional.

   The variety of devices and base-cabinet combinations make it possible to assemble any configuration of the line in order to meet the expectations of every user. Commercial gas ranges are made in several configurations of top burners (for cooking).
