Description

   This liquid is an exceptionally efficient medium for machine washing dishes and it is assigned for all kinds of dishwashers in professional kitchens. The medium can be used for washing unaffected alkalis in cases of both the soft and the hard water and is directly dosed to washing solution of the dishwasher or by means of special feeder.

Dosing measurements:

hardness scale   water hardness  (ml in 1 litre of water)

I                            <7°d (soft)               1 – 3 ml

II                    7-14°d (middle)            3 – 3,5 ml

III                  14-21°d (hard)           3,5 – 5,5 ml

IV                >21°d  (very hard)        5,5 – 6,5 ml

   Besides of thorough dishes cleaning,our washing medium protects dishes and the dishwasher against corrosion.
